Returns

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

We Refund you money immediately after your package is received back by the company.

All refunds are credited via original payment method; this may take up to 1-2 business days for your refunded amount appears in your account. Refunds are inclusive of sales tax.

1) Returns are completely refunded.

2) Cancelled orders are also refunded in full amount. Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order then email us at info@tokyo-outfit.com as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Our manufacturing factories are located in Hong Kong and China. You order is shipped directly from our manufacturing units and thus may take 8 – 28 days for delivery. We offer worldwide shipping.

International Duties, Custom Fees & Taxes

Our all internationally shipped orders are DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we collect 19% VAT (value added taxes) as per German law. All taxes, duties, and custom fees are the responsibility of package recipient. Since each country has its own legal regularities thus we recommended you to contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies.
